Rent Summary
This record is presented in the NZT41 format. It clearly shows how much the tenant paid, when it was paid and for what period the payment was for. The negative $340.00 in the arrears column shows this tenant is paying their rent before it is due.
Last transaction shows a rent increase. Another good indication of a good tenant is the graph at the top. Even spaces shows the tenant is regular with their rent payments. We often tell tenant these reports are very helpful when seeking a new flat. |

Inspection ResultsHaving each item of each room graded from 1 to 5 and in graph form makes it easy for the property owner to identify up and coming maintenance, damaged or missing items.
The report takes into account how clean the propety is and how worn items like carpet, carpet stains, paintwork. Even garden, shrubs and lawn areas are graded. There are notes detailing what the issue is. |

Inspection PhotosInitial inspection photos can be up to 300. Each wall, ceiling, floor, door is recorded in high resolution colour photos and stored. Lower resolution photos are online for the owner to view.
Normal inspection photos number around 30 to 70. All reports are in colour. |
